This image was taken in one of the many ancient, Oak woodlands on Dartmoor national park. The gnarled, twisted branches of an Oak tree make for a beautiful subject. I came across this particular Oak whilst out on a early morning shoot, once the sun had risen and the initial adrenalin rush of trying to find the best sunrise shot had worn off, I found this tree backlight and looking beautiful.
